Barbaresco – the lighter, more ethereal sister to Barolo – makes up 40% of the famed family’s wines, but their vineyards located in the region’s four most prestigious crus are also growing traditional varieties like Barbera, Dolcetto and Arneis. At this one-off lunch hosted in our grand private dining room, we’ll be pouring eight of the best, including Langhe Nebbiolo, Dolcetto d’Alba and rare back-vintage crus of Barbaresco from importer Rody Hall of Ethereal Wine’s personal cellar.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eTo pair with the wines on the day, Executive Chef Alex Major will be cooking up a complementary nine-dish lunch, starring traditional Piemontese classics.
