Vineyard and vines are in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune.

The wine is a "Méthode traditionnelle" with no added sulphites during the vinification and 10 mg/litre for the bottling.

Very crisp, Champagne like bubble. Brioche & butter. Citrusy.
Pinot Noir classic minerality and sharpness.
