The flagship bottling and an exhilarating White Burgundy (100% Chardonnay) from certified organic 95 year old vines on clay-limestone soils in Verzé. 

100% Stainless Steel elevage yet it's as wide as it is long.  Teeming with brine & oyster shell whiffs on the nose.  A crunchy wet stone feel to the palate bursting with citrus but also white stone fruit. Top shelf Chardonnay with searing length & depth.  It's hard to fathom the mouthfeel & texture of the wine given its raising in stainless steel but no doubt its depth is derived from the long lees time & very old vines.
