6 bottle maximum sorry.

So perfumed with mineral notes of crushed rock graphite & dustings of white pepper. The palest of red it’s remarkably elegant but with subtle underlying power.  The most delicate of tannins interwoven with strawberry fruit.  Excellent length & acidity which almost feels more like a white wine line and length.  The mild growing season has produced a unique & remarkably pretty Lasu release.

The average vine aga is 50+ years & the old vines performed extremely well in the very cool growing area of Carema (who harvest much later than their cousins further south in Barolo).

Vineyards are cultivated between 300 and 600 metres above sea level, on centuries old terraces supported by dry stone walls on rocky amphitheatre of Carema town in province of Turin (Piedmont, north-west of Italy). The grapes are 60% Nebbiolo and 40% Neyret, Ner d'Ala  & local varieties, widespread in the Canavese and Pre-Alpine areas. The vines are on average 50 years old and are trained using the ancient ‘pergola Caremese’ (‘topie’ in local dialect) method.

Tax included.
