94 Points, Gary Walsh (TWF) - "It’s salty, a chicken skin savoury character here, a slight curried egg pong, maybe some fresh apricot and green olive, some scrub herb and fennel. Not fruity at all, nutty and saline and vinous, a wine that marches to its own beat, a light chalky grip to texture, so umami, fruit is in the background, with a salted pistachio finish of good length. Idiosyncratic as ever, but so interesting and good to drink. This is a a very good vintage for this wine."
