100% Picotener Clone Nebbiolo the same bio type from Carema. It's a purely stainless steel elevage to highlight the elegance & purity of the fruit.

A whiff of crushed rock & white pepper.  The palate is crunchy with cranberry moving to strawberry.  It's juicy & succulent yet bone dry.  That tannins are so fine & sculpted.  A beautiful expression of a beautiful nebbiolo clone.
