This is a stellar rendition of one of Delsignore’s best recognised wines.  The 2024 mild growing season was perfect for the production of sparkling wine grapes – albeit quantities were down radically & our allocation is small.  This is 3 gram dosage sparkling Nebbiolo with lees ageing from the volcanic soils of Gattinara (Alto Piemonte).  We can’t recall a better or more age worthy release – it comes highly recommended.

Utterly delicious & with a beautiful chalky / talc mouthfeel. The fruit is all from the volcanic soils of Gattinara (Alto Piemonte).  This mineral rich soil imparts oa beautiful texture & mouthfeel the equal of great champagne but at a fraction of the price of those bottlings.
