2024 Cantina Delsignore Coste Della Sesia Nebbiolo "Ariafina" (PRE-ARRIVAL ONLY)

The Ariafina is a new Nebbiolo from Delsignore with a shorter maceration & shorter time in wood than his other Nebbiolo wines.  The idea is to be a fresher earlier drinking with finer tannins – a perfect Summer Nebbiolo if you will. "Aria fina" means fine/fresh air from the mountain. The picture on the label is the Monte Rosa (Alto Piemonte).

It's bright with crunchy red fruit (almost refreshingly so) but still true to its Gattinara terroir with the typical mineral undernotes & alpine herb nose.
