Certified organic Macabeo from 50+ year old vines grown clay-limestone soils in Aragon at 530m. 

So mineral & chiselled.  Textural but loads of energy & length. 

Vintage notes from the winery: 2025 was marked by a balanced growing season and slow, gradual ripening. Old mountain vines delivered precise, expressive whites, combining remarkable purity, tension and vibrant freshness.

Tasting notes from the winery - Lemon yellow. Dried herbs, fennel, and lemon peel. Fresh and saline on the palate, with a firm, mineral finish. Vibrant, pure Macabeo.
