2023 Wolfe at the Door Pinot Noir

Wolfe Pinot: 2023 was a challenging year for many but lighter fruit played into the Wolfe style's strengths of floral aromatics and bright red hue. 10% whole bunch with a small carbonic portion adds to the aromatic complexity and vibrancy. 100% aged in old french oak for 3 months. Unfined with minimal SO2 added at bottling. Bright, crunchy, and ready for summer.
