Delicious quintessential Chablis - often Petit is the Chablis exhibiting classical typicity of old school classic Chablis.

Sourced from 40+ year old vines mostly from the village of Fye. Some fruit from just above the 1er cru of Beauroy.  

Raised only in stainless steel it's bright, fresh & very saline.
