This Péperi is a brand new wine from Valloni.  It's a Vespolina dominant wine & the name denotes the spicy character of this beautiful grape variety.

VERY LIMITED - production is very small just a mere 900 bottles & our allocation is tiny.

94 Points, Tip Top Tipple - Gary Walsh (TWF) - "Raspberry, cherry, pepper and potpourri, liquorice (like the little sweets in tins you get in Italy, to disambiguate). Light to medium-bodied, a dusty peppery feel to tannin, dried herb and lavender mouth-perfume, a slightly bloody and ferrous character, a cranberry freshness to acidity, with a grainy powdery green tea tannin finish offering raspberry pip and a twang of amaro. Distinctive and such good drinking."
