100% Gamay from vines nearing 50 years of age in Mâcon-Igé with carbonic maceration. 

Crunchy red fruits moving into the merest hint of blue fruit.  It’s brightly lit & a beautiful expression of Gamay – very different from the short drive to Beaujolais. 

The Mâcon performed as well as Beaujolais with Gamay in the excellent 2023 vintage.  High recommended not the least for its huge drinability.
