A more serious and vinous Rosato than perhaps we've ever tried before.  The cepage is Vespolina (lending spice) and Nebbiolo (giving - salinity, aniseed & speckle of genuine tannin). La Palazzina set out to make a special and unique rosato and then done just that.

Raised in large old wood for 30 months before a further 6 months maturation in bottle. Serious ageworthy rosato and whilst the style is distinctly different this wouldn't sit out of place with high end Bandol offerings.
