2023 Jérôme Arnoux Rosé Braséro

A saignée style rosé raised in stainless style.  It’s 50% Pinot Noir & 50% Poulsard.  From soil which is 50% Triassic clay and 50% Bajocian limestone. 

A delicious truly alpine rose with fruit & colour that edges on chilled red character – making it very versatile with food matches. 

A herby nose of alpine scents.  Plush but savoury palate of morello cherry & a little pomegranate.  Pumice stone minerality with a chalky texture & excellent length.
