Sourced from a century-old parcel in the northern part of the appellation, the Gevrey-Chambertin 'En Champs' perfectly embodies the balance between elegance and power that defines Gevrey’s terroirs. Its clay-limestone soils, rich in stones, impart a refined minerality and strong structure to the wine. The complex nose reveals aromas of black cherry and wild strawberry, elevated by hints of licorice.
