100% Gros Plant (also known as Folle Blanche) aged on lees is sourced from 40 years old vines. A variety of extraordinarily high acidity. Grown on shallow soil based on disintegrated mica schists stones.

92+ Points. Kasia Sobiesiak, The Wine Front - Starting with the structure, as it hits me first: turbo-charged salted lemon acidity, minerally, super crisp green apple, feather-light and ultra-refreshing. Slippery and zingy squared. Aromas are a touch heavier, but still fresh and lifted, floral at large, lemon blossom, jasmine, lime skin and water on hot rocks with a side of sour yoghurt. This is a no-brainer for Riesling lovers and as a pairing for oysters. It may as well reward with more time; I would be curious to see it in 10-15 years. A bit hard to score.

Something for the riesling lovers out there & we would be advocate a rest in bottle for 6 months before enjoying this wine for the fruit to mesh around the acid.  This wine has a long & bright future especially for its modest price.
