Long gentile pressing, spontaneous fermentation. Raised in amphora with extended lees ageing.

Textural yet taut & savoury with great phenolic grip. Lemon pith & tart crunchy green apple yet still generous too.  It's wide & long so lovers of Cru Timorasso will enjoy sinking their teeth into this one.
