94 Points, Kasia Sobiesiak (The Wine Front) – “There it is, the abundance of medicinal herbs and spices, garrigue, quince, honey, crushed fennel and coriander seeds bound in one. Teasing with golden colour, richness on the nose, ripe fruit, sweet scents of baked apples and cloves, it is surprisingly fresh and crisp on the palate, with raw ginger, lime, green apple, smoked salt and a bitter-spicy crunch of rucola leaf in the finish. Great contrast, it’s a rocket!”

Our nites- Long gentile pressing, spontaneous fermentation. Raised in amphora with extended lees ageing. Textural yet taut & savoury with great phenolic grip. Lemon pith & tart crunchy green apple yet still generous too.  It's wide & long so lovers of Cru Timorasso will enjoy sinking their teeth into this one.
