From 30+ year old vines on clay-limestone marl soil. Blagny is home to miniscule quantities but excellent quality Premier Cru Red Burgundy, despite being better known for its whites. It is one of very few appellations in the Côte de Beaune where Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grow happily side by side on the same parcel.
