The mild \u0026amp; cooler growing season of 2024 has produced a wine with excellent acidity \u0026amp; terrific length. The nose has just a hint of spearmint but lots of aniseed.  The palate is taut \u0026amp; racy but with beautiful textural elements also at play.  It's herby, salty and sheets of slate like minerality.  There's gentle bitterness such are the phenolics. It would work with so many proteins on the table.
