Stunning single vineyard White Burgundy from the excellent Le Jarron lieu dit site. Tense, fresh & very mineral.  Bursting with flowers, stone fruits & a very long citrus driven finish.

95 Points, Mike Bennie - "It has a distinct textural play, slippery, then squeaky, chamomile, lime, yes some mintiness, I ate green almonds this week and that makes landfall here too. Even, pure, clean and around medium weight with a minerally flourish to finish. Interesting, but somewhat botanical, almost like a light vermouth. It has a sense of coolness overall, even when not chilled. The concentration is curious in that it feels full but fresh. It’s a bit non sequitur for chardonnay, but geez, it has so much interest and is so damn delicious."

95 Points, Lisa Cardelli (The Wine Pilot) – “Salty pink grapefruit, yuzu, and mandarin peel. Then, it goes into the appetizing cooking herbs territory, with a sprinkle of nutmeg and grated ginger. The palate has layers of texture, and a line of stony, chalky minerals is in the middle. Despite the body and the nuttiness, it has a coiled palate.”
