This is a Nebbiolo, Croatina and Vespolina blend from volcanic soils with vines years of age in Bramaterra area with an ABV of 13.3%.  It's raised in large old oak for 36 months then a further 6 months in bottle before release.

Whilst this is a blend the nose & shape of the wine really speak of Nebbiolo component. A nose of rose petals, wild thyme and graphite. The palate is both sleek but also with balsamic notes, typical of Bramaterra.  It’s both very long and concentrated. Delicious stuff and wine without seasonality – super versatile.
