2022 Giacomo Boveri Muntà l’è Ruma Derthona

A special vintage at Boveri & Giacomo considers the 2022s some of his finest ever releases. 

100% Timorasso. So much tension in this release of the Muntà l’è Ruma.  There's a speckle of sea salt, white stone fruits & lemon myrtle. Crunchy & stony mouth feel with lemon pith.  So much texture from the phenolics.  A very versatile food wine we wouldn't even mind matching this with red meats.  It's destined for a long future especially with its screwcap closure - a knockout release from Giacomo.
