Light red color that is vibrant with a hint of brick. Raspberry, decayed roses, mace, red cherry, salt, aniseed and a little charcuterie. Good depth of aromas. Spice builds, with cinnamon, star anise and clove coming to the forefront. Youthful, with crunchy red fruits, a creamy texture and fine tannins. Little savory twist at the end with some tea and pleasant bitterness. Very easy to drink. Chill a bit, but not too much.
