100% Jacquère drawn exclusively from limestone soils, a very old site planted in 1919. Very straight & long. With citrus fruits to the fore it's racey and saline.  Lovers of good Chablis will find great pleasure here.

Scents of lemon blossom, lime curd, warm slate, alpine herbs and flowers, Golden Delicious apples. Same to taste, a juiciness with that amazing double act in texture. Serious white wine and yet so ethereal and fine too. It’s wonderful drinking here, a please all comers style with individuality and a good streak of regionality. Bistro by the glass beware.”
