2021 Sentio Nebbiolo

I looked at this over the course of a day and it became firmer and firmer without losing its freshness. It’a delightful wine; it’s an impressive one too. It manages to feel light and deep at once; its blueberry and black cherry flavours look sideways at kirsch and blackberry jubes, its floral characters lean into lavender and toffee apple. Earth and tobacco-like characters are here too; it puts on a spread but in a seamless, structured way.
