This is all Barolo fruit from Monforte.  The only thing that prevents it being labelled Barolo is that it has not met the mandatory ageing requirements.  Grown in vineyards of significant height in Monforte at 430m.  Raised for 18 months in large Slavonian oak.  From the spectacular 2021 vintage, always a serious expression of Nebbiolo (Barolesque) & always capable of rewarding additional bottle age – if you can wait.

95 Points, Lisa Cardelli (The Wine Pilot) - "Made in a baby Barolo style, this wine showcases the ethereal side, with shimmering red cherries, cranberries, and plums, an amaro character, rose petals, nutmeg, and camphor. Big, Barolo tannins, there is a monumental structure but finesse at the core, chiselled, shining fruit underneath, and fantastic length. It will age for quite some time." Drink 2024-2046

93+ Points, Gary Walsh (TWF) - "Corsini invariably produce a pretty serious expression of Langhe Nebbiolo, and when it’s from a great vintage like 2021? This is a sturdy wine. Dark and brooding, black cherry, camphor, tea and spice. It’s deep and concentrated, black tea tannin grip, some liquorice, with a long and robust finish. Intense. Needs some time in the cellar." Drink 2026-2033+
