2021 La Grange aux Belles VDF 'Fragile'

100% Chenin Blanc. During harvest, the team usually visits each parcel 2-3 times (sometimes up to 5 times) to pick grapes at different levels of maturity. For Fragile, they choose grapes from select parcels with younger vines. The grapes are sorted by in the vineyard and then again back at the winery, where they select only the most golden grapes. Aged in used barrels for 12 months. Not fined or filtered.
