2021 Eric Forest 1er Cru 'Les Crays' Pouilly Fuissé

From one of the most revered Pouilly Fuissé sites. Biodynamically farmed from old plots planted in 1930 & 1966 on a rocky hillside - the soil is composed of limestone & blue marl. 

Sea spray and all things saline on the nose. White peach and other stone fruit, green pineapple and lemon curd. Bags of flavour, particularly in the context of the vintage and yet terrific persistence and length. Wide & long.
