2021 Domaine Tortochot Chambertin Grand Cru

Chambertin is one of the great Grand Crus. It is installed on outcrops of Bajocian marl, covered with a covering of thin scree and excellent silt. Brown limestone soils developed on these colluviums. Tortochot's plot located in the upper part is much whiter and marlier. This has the effect of slowing down the vegetative cycle and giving this jewel wine a royal and rare balance.
