Sweet baking spice and macerated strawberries. Hints of bacon fat. Fragrant roses. Blood orange. Almost has nose of a fine Barolo. Very refined compared to previous years. Clean, no funk or reduction. The perfume is highly expressive. Light on the palate, but with good mid palate weight. Cherry, strawberry, red apple fruit. Slightly creamy. The fruit has aged well and everything is extremely well balanced.
