“Les Voisines” is a vibrant Jura white wine made exclusively from Chardonnay and sourced from the Arbois appellation in eastern France. Produced in a non-oxidative (ouillé) style with minimal intervention, it displays remarkable freshness and purity, with aromas and flavours of lemon zest, crisp white orchard fruits, and delicate chamomile. These fruit and floral notes are complemented by a distinctive saline minerality and taut, precise structure that are characteristic of the region. The wine is fermented and aged for 18 months on fine lees in used oak barrels, adding texture and complexity while preserving freshness. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it offers an authentic expression of Jura Chardonnay
