Sourced from 45 to 60 year-old vines sitting on a shallow soil based on disintegrated mica schists stones. Matured on lees for 12 months before bottling.

A nose of white stone fruit but the palate is all brine & citrus characters.  Lovers of good Chablis & Boveri Piccolo Derthona will love this bottling.  It's a fraction of the price of great Chablis & just mineral & complex.
