It’s much brighter to taste, with plenty of crunch and chalky texture, a little bit of skinsy grip too, strawberry shortcake, with a nutty and saline finish of good length. Texture is a highlight, and again, it’s an interesting glass of wine. Different.”

100% Roussane (Chignin-Bergeron). Textural yet taut & savoury with great phenolic grip. Lemon pith & tart crunchy green apple yet still generous too.  It's wide & long so lovers of Cru Timorasso will enjoy sinking their teeth into this one.
