100% Mondeuse from glacial & Kimmeridgian soils.  Raised only in stainless it's atypical of Mondeuse in its brightness & red fruited character. 

94 Points, Tip Top Tipple - Gary Walsh TWF - "This is all steel and slate, and liquorice too, but gee, how it manages to be so very low in alcohol, yet feels so ripe and ultra-mineral, is quite something. To me, it means that grapes are growing in the right place. Blueberry, fresh blackberry, blackcurrant, ironstone tannin, but also such energy and goodness in the glass. I’m a sucker for ozone characters in wine, and also this wonderful glassy feel that this wine has, so maybe take that into consideration. There’s also some chocolate almond in the aftertaste and maybe some dried herbs. Love this. Yes. And if you want to taste something that’s different, yet so very French and interesting, then walk this way."
