98 Points, Parker (Luis Gutiérrez) –“The white 2021 El Jardín de las Iguales Macabeo is truly spectacular. I tasted it next to all the other vintages of this wine, and I believe it's the nicest so far. It has complexity and depth, layered and nuanced, precise, clean like a laser cut, with a vibrant palate, pungent flavors and acidity that makes you salivate, with tension and backbone. The first vintage, the 2016, is still young and lively, and there's a lot more precision here; so, I guess this is going to age for a long time in bottle. It fermented and aged in a 1,000-liter oak foudre for one year. 797 bottles were filled in July 2024.”
