Raspberry, sour cherry, floral, some basil, a dusting of cocoa. It’s medium-bodied, clean, a sort of cool feel, which makes it very refreshing, tight fine stony tannin, red berries and redcurrant, a smattering of dried herb and orange peel, and a bright but flavoursome finish of excellent length and clarity, a sort of cranberry crunch to close. Delightful.
