93 Points Gary Walsh (TWF) - "Gee, this a bold and fleshy Dolcetto. Dried raspberry, new leather, chamomile, tobacco, and dried flowers, ripe cherry and spicy biscuits. It’s tannic, full of dark sweet cherry and earthy gravelly character, firm ‘mineral’ acidity, so intense and kind of rugged, all the crushed purple fruit, and really, such a potent expression of Dolcetto, it almost transcends the variety. Needs time. Really, almost more than Nebbiolo does! My word." Drink 2025-2031+
