2020 Eric Forest Pouilly Fuissé 1er cru "Les Crays"

From plots planted in 1930 & 1966 on a rocky hillside - the soil is composed of limestone & blue marl. More powerful & rich than some of Eric's other offerings with lemon curd notes but also punctuated by the trademark salinity & citrus notes of this wonderful terroir.
