2020 Billaud-Simon Petit Chablis

Jasper Morris - From two plots, Sur les Clos, almost entirely made in tank. This has been fined and will be bottled just before the harvest. Pretty mid lemon with a fresh floral and vigorous nose. Delicacy and ethereal, really well made. Very good acid balance.

Vinous (Neal Martin) - The 2020 Petit Chablis comes from two parcels matured only in tank. It has a light bouquet with lemon curd and light apply aromas. The palate is well balanced with bitter lemon on the entry and fine acidity, but it pulls up a little short on the finish.
