2020 AMI AOP Côte de Beaune 'Les Mosnières'

From their vineyard at the top of Beaune, in organic conversion since they bought it in 2017. Clay-limestone terroir (very high limestone content) facing south, at an altitude of 350M. Aged for one year in old barrels without racking or stirring. Not fined or filtered. 20mg/L SO2 added before bottling.

Nectarines, peaches, lime, apple and cream. Beautiful saline edge too. Very fresh and bright. Textural but not fat. Clean acidity, with lots of lime and nectarine fruit. Long, light and very good!
