Vincent Gaudry is a bit of a mastermind when it comes to Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc. The health of his vineyards is his pride and joy, with Demeter biodynamic certification and for this wine he has carefully grafted 85 year old vines. A classic soil blend of clay, flint and limestone. The wine is terroir driven, it's not squeaky clean in the true natural way, earthy, mineralogy and savoury subtle tropical fruits. Amazing length. Everything you want in a delicious Sancerre.
