2020 Domaine N&C Saint-Amour 'Aux Servettes'

The most structural Gamay from N&C sourced from divers range granite soils punctuated by stones.  The vines here range from 40-60 years of age. Fresh but with a real sense of depth, moving almost into blue fruits.  Smoky mineral feel & exotic spices.  Long & ageworthy.
