Aromatics: Fresh bright red berries, spices and strawberries.

Palate: A detailed-oriented wine. Bright and fresh with elegant spice. Load of red berries and succulent tannins lead to an exceptionally long finish.

About the wine: Hand harvested, and then crushed in the traditional manner by foot. Pumping over in the winery, with low sulphur added.

When to drink: Now or in the next 5 years.

Service: Between 8 and 10 degrees in large Burgundy glass.

 Food match: Roasted chicken, salads, or fish.
