Wild yeast fermented in open pots with gentle plunging. Held on skins for 2 weeks before pressing to old French oak and stainless steel tank for 10 months. Bottled in early February without fining or filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"\"\u003eAn excellent year that reflects the additional and continued work in the vineyard with undervine cultivation and canopy growth and control. An excellent growing season with a long and mild Summer with regular rainfall at the right time.
