96 Points, Kerin O'Keefe - "Showing structure and finesse, the beautiful 2019 from Castello di Verduno is a wonderful expression of this celebrated vineyard, starting with its enchanting aromas of red forest berry, cedar, wild rose and a potpourri of spice. Extremely elegant, it has a great depth of flavors, including ripe Morello cherry, raspberry compote, cake spice and flinty mineral accompanied by taut, refined tannins. Fresh acidity keeps it impeccably balanced". Drink 2027–2039. Abv: 14%
