The Clos de la Boutière has considerable potential too, but was harder to taste than La Fussière as it needs a racking, to sort out the reductive nose. Rich deep purple style fruit with some lactic toasty character, which should disappear after racking, but it finishes with a soft generous fruit, which will be attractive. Tasted: November 2020
