Complex little thing it is. I’m thinking chamomile, Japanese ginger, sour green apple and lemon barley water. It’s quite grippy and spicy, all chalk and brick dust, some bitter lemon, slightly sour but juicy, and a long fresh finish. It’s a wine of interest and personality, and it’s very good to drink.
