2019 Jérôme Arnoux ZD

Zero dosage - 100% Chardonnay. Aged for 60 months before release much of that time on lees. Taut & crunchy but no shortage of fruit here either. From the superb & very low yielding 2019 vintage.

Super taut with a very fine bead.  Tart green apple, lemon & lemon pith.  Lovely texture all talc & mineral.  Beautiful stuff – leaning more to aperitif style than food sparkling. 

Superb value - Vintage Champagne of this quality & complexity would be 2-3 times the price.
