The peanut brittle, pink grapefruit and ginger, all immersed in bitter brown lime juice acidity. Stony texture tumbles through the palate along with a spicy and bitey crystallised ginger. Cinnamon apple toastie biscuits settle near the finish. All delivered with concentration and persistence, focused acidity and underlying minerality. What’s not to like? Just love.”
